Tangoe and Vodafone strike up strategic partnership for TEM

Cisco officially completes Jasper acquisition


Cisco has announced the acquisition of Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider Jasper has officially been completed.

The deal, which was originally announced in February, will now put into place the two companies’ ideas for furthering enterprise IoT deployments, with the two companies previously forging their own array of partnerships including VMware, SAP and Salesforce for Jasper.

Cisco announces intent to buy Jasper for $1.4bn


Tech giant Cisco has announced its intention to acquire Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider Jasper for $1.4 billion (£960m) in cash.

Red Hat launches revamped mobile app platform, pushes FeedHenry brand further away

It’s official: the FeedHenry brand is moving further and further away. Red Hat has announced the rebranding of the FeedHenry Mobile App Platform to Red Hat Mobile, as well as adding a glut of features to simplify and accelerate the development and management of mobile apps.

Vox Mobile completes $6.7m round of funding to improve enterprise mobile rollouts

Vox Mobile, the Ohio-based firm which offers ‘enterprise mobility as a service’, has closed a $6.7 million funding round, which the company describes as “strategic investment.”

The funding was led by TELUS Ventures, and included contributions from Mutual Capital Partners Funds, Edison Partners and Permal Capital.
